Due to the nature of the food herbal products and the possibility or risk of contamination, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for any of our products. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions! All shipping charges are not refundable.  

All sales are final.

SHIPPING DAMAGE must be claimed with the freight carrier. Shipping insurance is not mandatory on all orders but it is advised you ask for insurance on your order. Insurance costs will be added to your order if you request insurance. This small fee is well worth the price should your package be lost or damaged. Buyers must pay for return shipping costs, also not refundable, unless it is an error on our part.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We can NOT cancel orders after they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order please do so immediately. Any orders that are returned will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Perishable items are not returnable. In addition, any return shipping charges along with the original shipping charges are YOUR responsibility.
