• This website and it's products is intended solely for consenting adults, people who are at least 18 years old (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority.

•  I hereby take full responsibility for any purchases made (both now and in the future) from WildPantry.com. Without limiting the generalities foregoing, I am taking full liability for personal injury damages, punitive damages, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase of product from WildPantry.com.

• Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WildPantry.com, its owners, agents, and employees, as the case may be, for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action that WildPantry.com may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence of contract or other claims or theories of law by myself, my officers, agents, or employees, my successors or assignees, my customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect in connection with the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any product provided by WildPantry.com, or of any plants grown from seed and/or cuttings and/or plants that was supplied by WildPantry.com.

• I understand that WildPantry's offer of any items is void where prohibited, and that it is my own responsibility to check and abide by state and local laws. In addition, I understand that any seed and/or cutting and/or plant prohibited from growing in my area (as a noxious weed or otherwise) is supplied to me for non-sowing and/or non-growing purposes only, and only if it is legal for me to bring it into my area for non-sowing and/or non-growing purposes.

• I will use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state and/or province and/or government regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided by WildPantry.com .

• In addition, I agree that I am not relying upon WildPantry.com in the selection or use, or instruction of proper use, of any product provided. I accept the seeds and/or cuttings and/or plants non-warranty policy which says that WildPantry.com is not responsible for germination and/or rooting or any other matter pertaining to seeds and/or plants and/or cuttings or the resulting crop.

• I understand and accept that WildPantry.com reserves the right to refuse sales to me if I am not of legal age or if I communicate to them that I engaged in, or plan to engage in any misuse of our products - and that this misuse or communication of intent of misuse would constitute a breaking of this signed contract.

• I will make no attempt to hold WildPantry.com liable for anything that may happen to a consignment while en route to my state, county, city or country, and I understand that since WildPantry.com cannot know all laws of all countries, states, counties, and cities, it is entirely my own responsibility to make certain that the items ordered are allowed in my country, state, county, and city of residence.

• I assume all legal responsibility regarding import and customs regulations, and I certify that my import of merchandise is legal. I understand, agree to and will abide to the above stated conditions of sale.

However, we do not make any warranties as to the safety of consuming any wild foods and accept no liability or responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of or reliance upon the information contained herein, nor for any health problems, consequences or symptoms which may arise from contact with or the ingestion of any wild plants or meat products for food or medicine, fungi, mushrooms, fungi spores or any product herein described on this site.
